Question: What type of supervision is given to the security officers in the field?

Answer: Our principle goal at Knights Protection Security is to provide New York and New Jersey’s best private security service at a competitive rate.

Supervision is the primary key to providing that service. There are mobile supervisors who will visit your site to troubleshoot any problems and to inspect the security officers. In addition, the mobile supervisor will reinforce the procedural manuals and instruct the security officers on any changes you wish to make. Furthermore, our supervisors have the authority to make adjustments to your security program, and have the experience to perform during on-site emergencies.

Also, at Knights Protection we have a Duty Manager Program. On weekends and after business hours, a Knights Protection Manager is assigned to visit and inspect the sites. This guarantees two things - it keeps our staff in touch with the employees and gives them an opportunity to visit the sites and evaluate the security services being provided.

Answer: With many qualified people to draw from, we believe in carefully selecting personnel for each assignment. We have developed a screening process that carefully matches the skills of the officer to the specific requirements of the assignment.

Answer: Knights Protection Security is a fully bonded and insured company. Knights Protection carries Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, Employers Liability and Statutory Disability Benefits.

Our armed security officers are, for the most part, active duty or retired law enforcement, who bring with them training and years of experience. In all cases, you must be registered with NY State Dept. of State and have met the standards set by New York State before you will be accepted by Knights Protection.

All applicants are interviewed and selected by our personnel department. References are checked – especially past employment history and address verification. After the screening process is complete, the candidate’s experience and skills are further analyzed and the officer is assigned to a post that best suites his or her skills.
